Yup Explorer, was just there in Dec2012-April 2013.  Some Canadian guy n NEW Catamaran hit reef and sank using  another brand of charting. Reef wasn't on his map but IS on Explorer.. Russ

One small reef, a mile off Eleuthera north of Rock Sound, is on the Explorer
Charts now because I hit it, badly damaging the rudder and prop.  That's how
a lot of features get added to Explorer charts.  The other charts are not
close to the detail and accuracy of Explorer Charts (except the ones that
are based on the Explorer Charts).
