07/02/14 - Sherman/Wimisink Marsh -- 6:15 AM, American Bittern on same
tussock, caught enormous tadpole; 6:45 flew north and landed in shrub
near where landed yesterday;  preened; 7:20 still in bush when I left.

07/02/14 - Goshen yard -- Red-breasted Nuthatch.

From Robert Hutton:
07/02/14 - ????? -- Horned Grebe.

07/02/14 - Milford, Connecticut Audubon Coastal Center -- 2 ORCHARD
ORIOLES; 1 immature male (black by chin & neck and yellow breast and
stomach) singing all morning in front of building and side.  Also a
female ORCHARD ORIOLE accompanying it occasionally.  2 YELLOW-CROWNED
NIGHT-HERONS, 1 foraging in marsh, another was a flyover.
