There was a Forster's Tern foraging at the mouth of the CT River on the Saybrook side, south of Dock and Dine. Probably visible from the Old Saybrook Causeway.

10-15 Phalaropes on the water just off of Plum Island. Not sure which...have to hit the books, but definitely phalaropes. NY waters.
