Hello listserv members, I am wondering whether anyone has an ordinance that authorizes sewer lateral inspections without the consent of the owner, or whether anyone has litigated the right to do so as opposed to a need for an administrative warrant or owner consent. In context, I am wondering whether we can send the robotic camera into the laterals when doing inflow/infiltration inspections of the mains. Any expectation of privacy in a sewer lateral?
