Connecticut's DEP website yielded some good information this spring while researching Peregrines.  This first link is some general information but it is a quick read;

 I then entered - Peregrine -  into the DEP search box at the top left hand corner of the above page and this link was within the first result.  It better details the recovery efforts and current classification.
