EMAIL DISTRIBUTION RESTART: This Week in Tri Club and GFC Week 3 Role Call

Hello Gators,
We are restarting the Gators info emails that will include content from our
Gators Facebook group posts including "This Week in Tri Club", "Best
Wishes", and other informational emails.  It's an alternative way to stay
in touch with the club if you are not a Facebook member or a frequent
Facebook checker.

Also, we're looking for someone to assist with the distribution of these
emails.  Basically all that the job includes is reviewing the posts that
appear on our club Facebook group and then copying and pasting content from
any informational posts into an email under this "GatorsTriInfo" email and
sending it to our distribution list (only one email address has to be
entered.  If you are interested in assisting, please contact me via
Messenger, text, phone call (610-909-0694), or in-person the next time you
see me.

Youth Gators Run Workout: This week the development of our youth program
continues with a run workout to follow-up on last week's swim workout. The
workout will take place during our usual Monday evening workout at 6pm at

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL REMINDER: Membership renewals are due by January 31: Our
membership year runs January 1 through December 31, so it's time to renew
your membership. You can renew online, over the phone, or at the Spring
Valley Y's front desk. All memberships will be kept active through January
31. At that time we'll update our databases to reflect the current
membership; this includes our Facebook group, email list. club roster, and

This serves as your weekly list of our club workouts and, for the 26 weeks
of fall and winter, your opportunity to post any completed Gator Fitness
Challenge weekly challenges including the SBR Challenge (i.e. complete at
least 45 minutes of swimming AND cycling/spinning AND running) and the SCF
Challenge (at least 45 minutes total of combined strength, core, and/or
flexibility workouts).
If you completed the SBR Challenge, the SCF Challenge, or both last week
(January 15-21), please post a comment indicating which challenges you
completed. Your results will be added to our tracking sheet.
Workouts Attendance Poll: To assist with workout planning, please check all
workouts that you plan to attend. This helps us plan, so PLEASE take 1
minute to mark the workouts that you plan to attend.
