When Maggie Bickford used ieas-orders@berkeley.edumailto:ieas-orders@berkeley.edu to try to order the journal, it failed. However, when I send a note to the exact same address, it works. Go figure. I called Erik Lyngen at IEAS to see if he can sort things out, but in the meantime, I suppose the obvious solution is, if you cannot use the address above, you can send your form to me, if you wish, and I’ll forward it to IEAS. (I’ll delete it from my email after I send it and do not get a warning of a failure to deliver.)
