Weather:
Early morning showers and drizzle postponed the start of the count until
mid morning. The remainder of the day was generally cloudy but with a good
bit of sun, enough to generate a decent flight during the afternoon hours.
Winds were light to moderate from the west.
Observations:
The flight was dominated by TVs and Red-tails and highlighted by some
excellent views of birds including a particularly cooperative juvenile
Golden Eagle.
