HP 10638a degausser

I’m afraid  spoke too soon. My excitement at acquiring a ‘sold as seen’
5061b that unexpectedly appears to work perfectly got the better of me. It
was option 004 when built but had been downgraded to a (good) standard
performance tube (made mid 90s, so a ‘thin’ one retrofitted from the 5071)
at some point in the past.

No need for any degaussers but thank you to all who offered.
A working high performance tube looking for a good home is always welcome,
though…

Dirk,

I have one of these little beasts collecting dust, but I don’t want to
sell it as the moment, as I am in the process of restoring a 5061B High
Performance unit in the not too distant future (several months off).  I’d
be happy yo lend it to you on a fixed to timetable if you’d be willing to
pay for shipping.

Best

Hi, does anyone have one of these HP degaussers for the 5061A/B high
performance tube going spare and willing to sell? I am in the UK so UK/EU
preferred.

Apparently someone posted a schematic (degausser.zip) of an alternative
degausser design here some years  ago. Does anyone have a copy of that

file

as I can’t find it in the archives?

Thanks,

Dirk M0KRD
