TWL: Free Wheeling Prop

LRZeitlin writes that sail boats find that a non free wheeling prop
produces less drag.

On sail boats the props generally have a very small blade area, and in
some cases the shaft is marked so the two blades of the prop can be
parked behind the keel or shaft log.  This differs from Power boats that
generally have at least three blades with blade area ratios sometimes
approaching 100% in the case of five blade props.
