Boys, I am getting rid of my hot tub as I refinish my deck--wanted to see if any of you want it. It likely needs a new heat pump, but works fine otherwise. I haven't gotten around to fixing it or getting a quote, but I have an affordable repairman to whom I can refer you if any of you want it.
