Last time I asked about the fishing licenses issue someone suggested I recognize that the fees also help conservation ....so now I just think of it as a donation and a little charge to enjoy the natural surroundings on the Loop. Now I'm fishing saltwater for the first time in my life....interesting ...lots of new fish to learn too! So far we've eaten: flounder, sea trout and sheepshead....all tasty!
