Lest we get a little too complacent about outsmarting big city druggies, may I remind
you that drug abuse and addiction rates are five times higher for medical professionals
then they are for the general population. Doctors that use of drugs like cocaine and
fentanyl in their regular daily practice have acute problems.

Isn't this discussion getting just a bit off track?  The kind of people who
do abuse  prescription drugs are not  likely to be able to pass themselves
off as sucessful yacht owners and  globe cruising travellers.  Last I heard
cocaine or crack was not considered prescription  medication.

The boaters I know  who have an abuse problem  tend to abuse  government
certified and approved  drugs  otherwise known as alcohol and to a lesser
extent,  tobacco.  But;  being government approved, means it isn't a drug
abuse  issue.  :-((
Unless they attempt to evade the taxes on it, that is.    (tsk,  tsk)
