When cruising in Block Island, RI a few years ago, I was surprised and pleased to see that Block Island's harbormaster had a free, mobile pumpout boat that came to you at anchor. I was also surprised to see that it was powered by a Yanmar O/B diesel. Although I'm sure they have all disappeared (it's low season, mon), the nice folks at Block Island may shed more light on Diesel outboards.
