Birding with Richard Pope today, we turned up four juvenile

White-fronted Geese about 100 meters east of the barge above the falls.
The Brant was still west of the barge along the shoreline and the imm
Northern Gannet was foraging on both sides of the control dam. The
California Gull was at its usual spot at Adam Beck, just left of the
U.S. dam.  Hugh Currie
