The Navy has recently (relative term) adopted a new emergency dewatering pump desig. P-100. It is built by Yanmar and is a single cylinder diesel. Relatively light weight and compact in size. Infinitely better than their previous. This P-100 is self priming and almost always single pull start. Moves 100 gpm. No idea of price or availability but quite possibly a "non-mil" version is available through Yanmar or one of their distributors. No connection to Yanmar, just love the product.
