Good morning - A member is wondering if anyone has received a SSP Termination letter. This is different than the earlier noncompliance letter that many jurisdictions received (example attached). The more recent letter (this one was dated 4/1) was apparently a termination letter and cites 2 C.F.R. Section 200.340(a)(2) which states that the "award no longer effectuates the program goals or agency priorities."
