Another comment on bikes.

We bought two MOTIV 26 inch 21 speed "comfort" bikes at Costco for about $150
each 4 years ago They still sell similar bikes.  They fit very well, uncovered
on top of our aft cabin, away from bow spray.  They are not marinized, but are
very easy to use and comfortable.  We spray all moving parts regularly with a
chain spray, which has kept everything working well despite a year in salt.
We occasionally steel wooled rust off the chrome parts.  One of the bikes got
submerged in the Manatee River.  We immediately rinsed off with a hose, but
did not use soap (mistake).  That bike has way more surface rust on the
spokes, etc.  That bike looks pretty awful compared to the other, but both
work fine.
