Hello, I'm Christine Clifford and I've been a staff lawyer at the City of Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada for almost 9 years. Regina is home to the University of Regina, the First Nations University of Canada and the Regina campus of the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology. Our challenge is single family dwellings being modified and used for multi-person tenancies - Building and Fire Code-infringing property modifications, traffic and noise impacts on the surrounding neighbourhood.
