Somehow my post from the other day doesn't show up , but I did also e-mail the OP. I bought exactly what he is looking for at:

http://store.marinebeam.com/macbook-magsafe-12vdc-charger.html

Like their other products I have bought, very high quality. I have used mostly on the boat, but also in cars.

Unfortunately, there are model limitations in the fine print:
Compatible with MacBook, and Pro Macbook models without MagSafe2 connector
Compatible with Macbook Air models up to mid-2012
Not compatible with MacBook Retina Models or late 2012 Macbook Air models
with MagSafe2 connector

If you look at my post on this topic, you will see that Apple makes a MagSafe 1 to MagSafe 2 adapter. That solves the issue.
