Black-headed Gull - yes

1/24 - East Haven, East Shore Park -- BLACK-HEADED GULL, observed at about 3:30.
resting on shore by water's edge near sewage treatment plant.
East Haven, Brazos Rd. -- BLACK & WHITE-WINGED SCOTERS, in 2 flocks
flying eastward.

Tried for Barrow's Goldeneye at Brazo's Rd., but was unsuccessful.
