Hello Everyone,
Does anyone know of an attorney who is experienced dealing with the Census Bureau to challenge undercounts?
I understand there is a Count Question Resolution Program that deals with it.
Our city grew in the last 10 years even the fastest growing in Arizona in 2019. But, because of the undercount, we will show a decrease in population.

We have an article coming out in our next Municipal Lawyer magazine by two city attorneys. Look for it in the next couple of days. They may be able to help. Chuck
