Broken bolt extraction suggestions

Last time I used an easy-out on my shaft cutters it broke inside the
tiny set screw. Took 4 hours and several bits to drill the damn thing
out- so much for easy outs. Heat, soak, tighten a little, tap, and
repeat from the top.

another one that works every time...

Take a nut the next size up from the broken stud and put it on top of the
broken stud. Then weld the nut on the inside to weld the stud to the nut and
keep on filling the nut until you have filled it to the top. The intense
heat will free up the rust by expansion and contraction and you will have a
nut to put a wrench on it to unscrew it. You do not have to worry about
welding the cast as cast will not be welded by mig wire or flux core wire. I
have done this many times for all kinds of application but mostly on exhaust
manifold studs and bolts.
