1967 36 Grand Banks Classic wood hull. I have owned this boat since 2009 and have invested over $70,000 in it but we do not get to Florida enough to use it and need it gone. Willing to rent to own, take trade, finance or even joint venture with someone wanting to do a restoration. This is not a project boat but it does need some more work. In early 2013 we had it hauled and some planks replaced, sandblasted, coal tar and painted at a cost of over $17,000. Twin 120 Lehmans. Prior owner did major retrofit in 2002 with new fuel tanks. This is a good liveaboard and has cruised all the way to Panama. We have upgraded and replaced many mechanical systems. Right now it is cosmetic wood work that is needed.
