It's the first house on the right at 178 Durand Street, just off Dibble Street in Torrington. Park on the street and you can walk to the large rock on the left side of the yard. The owners are very nice and welcome well-behaved birders who'll stay on/near the rock to look into their backyard at the feeders. We saw the bird both on the feeders, and on the large tree just over the fence on the left side of the yard.
