Weather: Rain, drizzle and fog. wind from SE and SSE, up to 23 km/hour (14 mi/hr). Temperature steady at ca. +13C (55F). Raptor Observations: None recorded. At least 2 resident Bald Eagles were seen in perches, and one over the river. Non-raptor Observations: Bonaparte's Gulls, Rusty Blackbirds, and a Belted Kingfisher. Predictions: A mix of sun and cloud early in the morning, and rain for the rest of the day. Variable winds.
