Last night...actually early this morning on my way home from work a barred
Owl out and I ended up running over it.. i circled back to find it stunned
but alive. I picked it up and took it home. Within the 3 minute ride the
bird was able to to stand... looking dazed.. I was very please to find it
very alert this morning.. I would like someone to look at it and say if it
should be rehabilitated or can be release.. i have made numerous phone
calls and no responses...

Please help.. if I don't hear from someone I will have release it and hope
for the best as I am leaving on a work trip in the am.

Thanks Will.

Please bring it to a licensed wildlife rehabilitator asap. Depending on
where you are in CT here is a full list of licensed rehabbers with permits
to care for raptors.
