The public will have the opportunity to take advantage of special offers and raffles, pick up an official festival guide, meet the people behind the participating organizations, check out special performances, participate in a community art project, pre-register for "Free Night" tickets before reservations go live on the web, and much more. Arts Crush Kick-Off Fair Seattle Center's Fisher Pavilion October 3, 2010 11am - 2pm Last year (at the Live Theatre Week Kick-Off) 46 organizations tabled the event and nearly 600 people attended. It was a tremendous success and patrons spent quite a bit of time browsing the floor and learning about our region's outstanding arts groups. Tabling is open to all Puget Sound arts organizations. We may not be able to fit everyone so reservations will be first come, first served. How Your Organization Can Participate. It's Easy! Just do 3 things: 1. Reserve a promotional table at the event to be staffed by one or more of your employees and/or volunteers. (You are responsible for set-up and strike of this table.) 2. Create a compelling Special Offer that can only be accessed by attendees of the Kick-Off Fair. 3. Promote the Arts Crush Kick-Off Fair on your website, e-blasts and collateral materials and/or Facebook, Twitter, etc. Please send your reservation request to sam@tpsonline.org<mailto:sam@tpsonline.org> before August 31.
