Nyack is the location for all the remaining events in our 2019 Cruising Fleet Series --
So, with dedicated participation (let us know at RACING RSVP), Cruising Fleet racers can still add as many as 12 Non-Spinnaker division races, or 6 Spinnaker division races plus 6 Non-Spinnaker division races. (10 race minimum for Sunday/Regatta series by division, and 20 races any division for Fleet Champ).
We've adjusted the Series Leaders to take account of the likelihood certain racers will or won't meet the minimums required. The latest standings also reflect the results of this past weekend's Sutherland Regatta at Minisceongo Yacht Club.
Three (3) NBC racers participated in the Sutherland Regatta: Hee Soo, Nerosh, Sheba, and also fleet friend Pentimento from Shattemuc. Some 23 boats raced: 7 in Spinnaker Division 1, 6 in Spinnaker Division 2, and 10 in Non-Spinnaker Division 3. Both spinnaker divisions completed four (4) races on Saturday, and the non-spinnaker division completed three (3) races. On Saturday, winds were a fairly steady 10+kts from the S and SW, under cloudy skies and a bit of rain. After Saturday night's downpours (and festivities), Sunday looked beautiful but there was no wind -- races abandoned.
Thanks to HRYRA and Minisceongo for a great event!

Note: (-x) is the number of races a boat is short to meet the minimum required to qualify in the series.
As you can see, The Office has to get in quite a few races (and beat other boats) to hold its position in the Fleet Champ and Sunday/Regatta Non-Spinnaker series.
Until the next race ...
