As we know, Blue Chart Mobile is discontinued and cannot be
downloaded...but you can use it, in theory, until Garmin adds Active
Captain data to the Navionics Mobile app, in theory, at the end of 2018.
We have been updating the Blue Chart Mobile app with AC data until today.
Now cannot log in the the app... but can log in to the Active Captain app.
I called Garmin and didn't get much of an knowledgeable answer....except he
talked to someone in that department, to whom I could not speak, who said
Blue Chart Mobile had changed in the past day or so. I assume the new API
has created this change and you will not be able to update the BC Mobile
app in any way.
Just want to be sure the problem, or circumstance, is not from our end. Is
anyone else able to log in to Blue Chart Mobile and download AC data?
Does anyone know if the other mobile apps, like SeaIQ, etc have programed
to the new Garmin API?
Great timing for us...we leave in about a week to go from the 1000 Islands
to Mobile Bay. (Bev loves the BCM app)
Thanks,

I can not. Also, my understanding was that BCM was end-of-life and would
not receive further updates, meaning yesterday's API change for AC
breaks AC downloads forever. That said, I am getting reports from people
who claim it's working. I have asked Jeff S. and/or Garmin to please
clarify. Bottom line, though: I would not put any faith in BCM moving
forward. Garmin wants it gone.

Yes, AquaMap is working. AFAIK, they are the first and so far only
developer to release a working version on the new API.
