Visitors:
Visitors Ron and Ann Lambert from Grand Junction, Colorado visited in the
early morning.  They are regular biriding visitors to Point Pelee and the
province.  In the afternoon, Essex County Stewardship Council coordinator
Brett Groves and  his parents visited the tower.

Weather:
Today  was sunny with light variable winds  mainly from the South becoming
moderate from the Southeast in the afternoon.  Temperatures were very
comfortable with cloud forming in the early afternoon causing temperatures
to begin dropping.

Raptor Observations:
There was a steady migration of raptors throughout the morning and into the
afternoon with a variety of species observed.

Non-raptor Observations:
Flocks of American Crows and blackbird species continued to migrate past
the tower. The variety of duck species in the marsh is increasing with
American Wigeon, Gadwall, Northern Pintail, Northern Shoveler and American
Black noted.

Predictions:
Overcast, Easterly winds at 10 to 15 kph, with rain showers in the morning
tapering off in the afternoon. The morning low will be near 3 and the
afternoon high near 8.
