John Chrastka, Founder of EveryLibrary, will lead this insightful session, discussing the legislative landscape impacting academic libraries, with a particular focus on the implications of Project 2025.
We will also delve into critical topics such as Values-Aligned Budgeting, Interdepartmental Relationships, the Student-to-Scholar Pipeline, Marketing to Gain Support, Alumni Engagement and Culture Building, and the Leadership Development Series. This session is a chance to share your needs, give feedback on proposed topics, and ask questions about library advocacy.
