Plastic Strips?

Greetings from St Pete, where it's finally starting to warm up!

On our sundeck trawler I have plastic strips that our sliding hatch on  the
hard-top slides on, this is the sliding hatch where you access the top of
the sundeck to retrieve the dink. The strips are 2-1/8 wide and 1/4" thick
and are made out of a hard white plastic.  Needless to say the strips are
cracked and worn and I need a supplier where I can find these.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated!
