Hi Roger.

Thanks for you detailed views/review on H35.

Your post is dated 2006, it has been a while and I hope that this mail finds you.

We are thinking of buying either a Highland 35 or a Maryland 37.

I have come across your good article on H35, thanks for that. There are very few review articles on H35 and your is one.

My questions would be;

  • Have you finally bought the boat and what have your views been?
  • how seaworhty is the boat, at what weather and wave height were you able to test it?
  • and finally I have looked for reviews with comparisons of these two boats, H35 and M37,  I could not find one. Any views?

Regards,

Tahir

Hi Delouis.

The article that I have mentioned below in my note is for the Highland 35. The one on Maryland 37 is by Philippe J Guillemin. I am sorry I do not remember which year and month, but probably t was a 2007 one, have to look it up again.

You could, however, find a Maryland test review at;

http://www.multihulls-world.com/us/boat-review-test-catamaran-trimaran/0115-42-MARYLAND-37-FOUNTAINE-PAJOT-MOTOR-YACHTS.html

Have to buy it for €5, there are few thing in the article that might be useful.

Regards,

Tahir
