'Lo All,
I succeeded in finding a source for cable interconnection plugs for
my Robertson AP200DL autopilot expansion project.
Possibly others are having difficulty finding connectors for
Robertson AP200DL (and Wagner) Autopilot interconnection cables. They
are also used on other older Robertson autopilots as I understand. I
do not know the rest of the nomenclature for the plugs other than
being a 12-pin miniature or subminiature plug.
After checking with all of the 'normal' sources, including Robertson
Tech Help, and almost all of their dealers, plus the surplus stores,
I almost gave up on finding them.
I recently bought a like-new DS200 unit to interconnect two AP200DLs
(upper and lower helms) to the rest of the AP system, but could not
locate any of the cables or connectors to make up the cables. Then, I
found all I needed of the 12-pin plugs at a reasonable price. I now
get to see how clumsy I have become.....
Wayne (what a great name :) ) at Marine-Plus.Com has these plugs,
which are used for Wagner & Autonav Autopilots as well. He can also
be located at trawlers@marine-plus.com . I understand he will also
make up cables in addition to selling the parts. If you have never
made up cables, I would suggest you get them already made up. Larger
plugs and jacks are usually easy to work with, but these are not as
easy as they are tiny.
No connection other than as a customer.
Take care and be safe.

I think KVH carries that same plug.
