I need to remove my galley counter top to get at some paneling, so I started to think about what I else I should bundle into this project. One thing that comes to mind would be to replace the stove top with a convection one. Did a search but did not find any tops that install and use 120VAC. Any suggestions from the team?

Andiamo!!
A word of caution. I purchased an induction burner but it will not work on the output of my inverter which is a square wave vs a sine wave.

We were told that had to have a "real" inverter.........
Or a gen set powering it directly
