I second the vote for the Tecma electric head. We are full-time liveaboards and our Tecma is now 6 years old without a single problem. When we bought it we asked about a repair kit, and were told that there wasn't one - it wouldn't be necessary. We were skeptical, but so far they were right. We have the Silence model.
