Hello Tom,
Yes, the Denver Harlequins want you to join us! We are very open to new
players, especially experienced ones. We are a competitive team. Both D2
and D3 are contenders for the play-offs in the spring. In addition to the
regular league teams, we have an Old Boys side, and a Jesters social side.
You are welcome to come out and get a run in on the Jesters side, while
you're getting back in shape. Our success on the field is paired with a
great social side (something we pride ourselves on).
We are a growing team, with a new international coach (Angus Peacock, rated
one of the top in his continent by the IRB), and plans for the future which
will position us as one of the top teams in the region.
The 2016 season isn't locked down yet, as we anticipate a shake-up in the
league (especially in regards to who will be playing D1 and D2). The
calendar (under the Schedule tab) on our website gives the practice and
game details until August. You are welcome to come out a practice any time,
so you will know the plays and gameplan and can step right in when you are
back in shape.
Registering for Rocky Mountain Rugby (formerly known as ERRFU) is now part
of your registration with USA Rugby. When you register with USA Rugby, it
will ask you which regional union you belong to, and take the union dues
right out of your payment there.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Yup. He liked to watch rugby in college, so he knows the game a bit. He was
also a really cool guy; very humble. I think he'll make a great addition to
the team. Now if I can just convince Dhani Jones to come out. I got pretty
close when I used to hang out with him, since it was Sophomore year and he
wasn't getting any playing time. We probably have a good chance of getting
Jeff Backus if we can get him a mechanical engineering job.
