As you know, NCL will be going through some strategic planning in the coming months, which I like to characterize as NCL's Revisioning. At tomorrow's board meeting, I will introduce the strategic planning team. There are a few documents I'd like the board to read in advance of the strategic planning process (all attached) - Peter Senge's The Fifth Discipline, a piece on Systems Thinking and Otto Scharmer's Theory U - these are the ideas that I'd like to shape our thinking as NCL moves into strategic planning and revisioning. I've also attached the most recent version of NCL's Bylaws which we should all familiarize ourselves with as we move into strategic planning. More tomorrow..
