Gents, I just received a message from the local Symmetricom rep that they ARE working on a solution! No dates are given but there will be a fix... i.e. new E-Proms. Cheers Lasse

I'm still curious to hear if anyone else is seeing the same ~1E-10 error in their 9390's 10 MHz output.
