Dan,  I was pretty sure I saw a snowy owl perching on a limb crossing Neck
Road (rt 156) at the stop light turning towards Big Y shopping plaza.  It
was around 9:45 Sunday morning... I couldn't stop because I was headed to
church.  Crows were really hassling the poor thing. (Maybe the same one.)

SNOWY OWL still atop 80 Washington Street in Hartford at 11:45am, sitting
in the far northeast corner of the building on the rooftop (not on the
ledge) tucked between the floodlight and the ledge corner) -- probably not
visible from the ground but visible from the Buckingham Parking Lot after
going through security channels to gain access.
