THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (January 24-30) and WINTER GFC WEEK 3 ROLL CALL!
I saw a little bit of light this morning when I put my dogs out around
6:30am... And sunset is now after 5pm... So despite a bunch of winter still
ahead, we are moving in the right direction! And we have the Winter
Olympics upcoming to help us bridge the gap between now and the spring.
Here are a few reminders, your weekly Gator Fitness Challenge roll call,
and the weekly workout calendar...
Reminders:
• 2022 Gators Registration: Registration for the club for 2022 remains
open... See the post under "Featured" for details and a link. To avoid an
interruption to your members benefits, please renew by January 31.
• Hat and Visor Pickup: First come, first serve, if you have not already
received your new Gators hat or visor, please catch up with Don Mack. A
great option this week is the Monday night swim workout.
GFC Roll Call! This week's Gator Fitness Challenge "Roll Call" covers week
3 (January 17-23) of the winter GFC... If you completed at least one of the
two challenges, please post a comment...
• "SBR" if you completed the Swim/Bike/Run Challenge (40 minutes of each)
AND/OR...
• "SCF" if you completed the Strength/Core/Flexibility Challenge (45
minutes total of any combination) AND/OR...
• "Both" if you were a week 1 superstar and completed both challenges!
