THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (January 16-22) and WINTER GFC WEEK 2 ROLL CALL!

"1/23 Let's Go!" continues! We're off to a great start with the winter GFC
as more Gators are participating and we achieved more points as a team in
week 1 than in any week in the fall GFC!  And we also have some fun this
week with the Gators Pizza Club Pizza Party on Friday night!  It's a great
opportunity to do something we have seriously lacked over the past 3
years... Eat pizza?  No, socialize (and eat pizza)!

MLK Day of Service Walk/Run: And the RUNegades are also offering a special
opportunity on Monday morning (that's right, TODAY!) at 9am... It's an MLK
Day of Service event that includes a walk/run through Norristown.  Check
out the details at the "Event"...

This week we're again offering our full workout program including 5 swims,
3 cycling opportunities, and, including our Tuesday run workout and the new
RUNegades group runs, 4 running opportunities! Pick your favorite day and
you'll find a workout as there are group opportunities EVERY DAY!

A couple of brief reminders before we go over this week's events...

Get a BK Pint Glass! If you have not yet had a chance to pick up your
special edition "Have fun, Gator Done, then drink a beer!... Coach Brian"
pint glass, there are some opportunities this week (just let me know ahead
of time so that I know to bring one for you). We'll continue to distribute
them to all current members, including new members, (1/person) until they
are gone. Here is where you can get one...

• Monday/TONIGHT, 7pm-8:15pm before or after the swim workout

• Tuesday, 6pm-8:15pm at the run or spin workouts

• Friday, 6pm-8pm at the pizza party

2023 Membership Renewal: The renewal period (early December through
January) has passed the midway point. Thanks to all of you that have
already renewed your memberships! An email reminder will be sent to all
others. If you do not plan to renew this year, please send me a message and
we will remove you from our follow-up list. Otherwise, all 2022 memberships
will stay in tact through January; on February 1 we'll update our
databases, including Facebook group, email list, Training Peaks accounts,
and USAT club roster to match our current membership at that time.

Workouts Attendance Poll: To assist with workout planning, please check all
workouts that you plan to attend.

GFC Roll Call!: Last week was week 2 of the winter Gator Fitness Challenge,
so it's time for the weekly "Roll Call"! If you completed either or both of
the for week 2 (Monday 1/9-Sunday 1/15), please post a comment...

• "SBR" if you completed the Swim/Bike/Run Challenge (45 minutes of each)
OR...

• "SCF" if you completed the Strength/Core/Flexibility Challenge (45
minutes total of any combination) OR...

• "Both" if you completed both challenges
