Weather: Scattered to broken cirrus cloud. South winds. Cool. Raptor Observations: The bulk of the few birds seen were at the limit of visibility to the north. Non-raptor Observations: Red-winged Blackbirds and Goldfinches were moving today. Predictions: Sunny with light North winds. A low near freezing and high near 8.
