Dear Friends,
Diesel Duck is in Curacao, one of the Dutch islands in the ABCs,
close to the
northern coast of Venezuela.  This island imports most of its
foods from the USA
and Holland, of course.  Here you find a KFC, McDonald,
Wendy, Burger King or
Subway for your fast food attack.  The fast food
restaurants are clinical clean
and super managed in Dutch efficiency.
We came
here from the Venezuelan Outer Islands with a full belly of Venezuelan
diesel
fuel at a very manageable purchase price.  DD is sticking out the
hurricane
season here before migrating on to the San Blas Islands off
Panama. While
watching the hurricanes moving by far away from here,  we are
spending our
extra leisure time in the creation of a blog (website) of our
travels since
2005.  So far we have more than 170 pictures and entries on the
blog,
complimenting our travel letters published on PUP.
Although we are not
finished with the past five years of entries, you can have a
peek and please
look for older entries by clicking with your mouse on the
[older] button at
the end of the page.
