Hello, all, Two items for your review and comment: 1. I am attaching my notes from our discussion of the NCL office administrator position, including the motion that was passed. Please review them and let me know if anything needs to be added or changed. Once I've received your comments, I'll incorporate this material into the overall minutes of the meeting, which Alex has drafted and sent to me. 2. Date for fall members' meeting and Literacy Leadership Awards: The CEF Gala will take place on Tuesday October 3. Would you like to schedule the fall members' meeting and the Literacy Leadership Awards during that same week? If so, I would ask your permission to set the end date for the office admin trial period at October 15 rather than September 30, to give Alex time to get the meeting minutes done. The alternative would be to hold our events during the week of September 18. I'm reluctant to go later in October because October 9 is the Columbus Day / Native Peoples Day holiday.
