From Jim Bair:

11/10/08--New Haven, East Shore Park, Sewage Treatment Plant--2 CAVE SWALLOWS

Also present there was mixed flock of Yellow-Rumped and Palm Warblers.

Milford, Mondo Pond--1 Pied-billed Grebe, no Dowitchers but plenty of  Greater Yellowlegs

I am sure Greg H. will post numbers for Lighthouse Point later today, but while I was present for 3 hours this morning, there were few raptors but lots of migrant passerines. Large numbers of Robin, Bluebird, Pine Siskin (no letup yet), Cedar Waxwing, Goldfinch, and Red-Winged Blackbird. Smaller numbers of Snow Bunting, Crows, Common Grackle, American Pipit, and Tree Swallows. At least 6 Cave Swallows were counted there as well.
