How did you add the holding plate to the freezer? Does it have its own
compressor, or did you somehow plumb it into the existing system in your
household fridge?

I have a seperate 1/2 hp condensening unit that all so pushes air into the
eng rm when it runs. Thats why I can pull the fridge down in a hurry, both
systems run at the same time. I added 24' of serpintine 5/16 tubing to the
top of the fridge portion and attached it to the out put of the plate, so I
have two seperate systems in the fridge. If one ever goes bad I can run
with the other.............
