One of my Weaver Snap Davits is un-attaching
itself from the AB hypalon dinghy.

What kind of Contact Cement can I use
instead of the high priced Weaver 2 part glue?

Unfortunately all good hypalon glue is two part and it is expensive. WM sells a two part hypalon glue, but may not be any cheaper than Weavers.
