How to Maximize Success With Hypnosis Recordings

*HOW TO MAXIMIZE SUCCESS WITH ROMANE HYPNOSIS RECORDINGS *

  1. If you have more than one recording, begin with the one dealing with
    the simpler problem.  In this manner you will build-up your confidence to
    overcome a more complex problem.
  2. Play the recordings all through once, so you know what is on the
    recordings.
  3. If your program is a set of 2 or more recordings, pick out one
    hypnosis session that you like best and play that hypnosis session each
    night before going to bed for 7-30 days. Repetition brings permanent
    results!
  4. After success, occasionally listen to the recordings again. You will
    enjoy the renewed relaxation and reinforcement.

  1. Hypnosis greatly ramps up motivation and will power.

    a “DO NOT DISTURB – SLEEPING” sign on your door (if necessary).
  3. Close your window curtains for more darkness and better
    concentration. (Or use a sleep mask from Dollarama)
  4. Set room temperature comfortably warm.
  5. Remove glasses or contact lenses.
  6. For greater concentration, you can listen to the recording with
    headphones. Distracting sounds are eliminated.
  7. Initially, play the recording long enough to set the volume level:
    loud enough to hear, yet quiet enough to relax.
  8. While the recording is playing, you may fall asleep.  In this case,
    daytime playing, not lying down, is best. Hypnosis is a focused mind on
    Romane’s voice, not sleep! You are super aware, superconscious, not
    unconscious.
